Faculty / Convenor

I was a founder and core faculty of the research in action community since 2018. Now I continue to supervise researchers and faculty when asked and I contribute to the overall holding of our research practices and ethics by co-hosting a bi-monthly community dialogue session on-line that is open to all members. Since 2000 I have been working with and writing about refllexive and dialogical research and inquiry methods that begin with questions that arise for practitioners in their actual experience. I am particularly interested in holding together poetic, artistic and performative modes of inquiry with more scholarly and academic disciplines. This began with my 12 years of work with the professional doctorate in a complexity approach to leadership and management at the University of Hertfordshire and has continued ever since. Working with an international community that faces the challenges of practice-led research by being curious about the phenomena that appear in the encounters of selves and world, is one of the most rewarding commitments of this latter part of my life. email:patriciaamramshaw@gmail.com
